Group Fitness

Kayotic Fitness offers a spacious 3000sf gym area for our group workouts, equiped with TRX straps, battle ropes, benches, boxes, wall balls, slam balls, kettlebells, dumbells, body bars, resistance bands and a variety of other equipment.  We also have an area for those who like to do additional pre/post workout stretching and foam rolling.  

Our 35-40 minute group HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts paired with strength and endurance training will provide a full body workout in less time but with better results.  All workouts are designed and customized specifically for women by Owner/Coach Kay Warren and Coach Nikki Mead to burn through calories and fat, tone those problem areas and improve your overall physical strength.
