Group Workouts

Our 40 minute group workouts combine HIIT (high-intensity interval training) with strength and endurance training to provide a full body workout in less time but with better results. 

 

All workouts are designed and customized specifically by Owner/Coach Kay Warren to burn through calories and fat, increase muscle tone, and improve your overall physical strength. Every day is different and no two workouts are the same!
