Our Facility

Kayotic Fitness offers a spacious 3000sf gym area for our group workouts, equipped with TRX straps, battle ropes, benches, boxes, wall balls, slam balls, kettlebells, dumbells, body bars, resistance bands, and a variety of other equipment. We also have an area for those who like to do additional pre/post-workout stretching and foam rolling, as well as a dedicated area for personal training sessions.

Moms and dads deserve a workout too! As a locally owned and locally grown business, we pride ourselves on being a gym with child care in Daphne. Because of this, we offer complementary childcare for most of our group class times in our clean, secure, and fun kids playroom. Your kids just might be more excited to go to the gym than you!
